MITIMCO to Develop New Biogen Headquarters at 75 Broadway in Cambridge
Biogen Inc. has announced plans to move its global headquarters to 75 Broadway in Cambridge, Massachusetts. This decision is part of a broader initiative to consolidate its operations in the state and enhance collaboration across research, development, and commercial teams. The move positions Biogen at the heart of Kendall Square, a renowned hub for biotechnology and innovation.
Moriarty will build the eighteen story 585,000-square-foot facility for MITIMCO. 75 Broadway is part of MITIMCO’s larger Kendall Common redevelopment of the Volpe Campus. Construction is set to begin this year, with Biogen aiming to transition its employees to the new headquarters by 2028—coinciding with the company’s 50th anniversary.
This relocation underscores Biogen’s commitment to advancing its pipeline of medicines while remaining deeply embedded in one of the world’s leading biotech ecosystems.
