Revel Apartments & Washington Marriott

Storey Park is a 13-story mixed-use complex, 900,000 SF mixed-use, multi-family/hotel/retail project in the NoMa neighborhood of NE, Washington, DC. The project includes 500 residential units, a 225-key Marriott Hotel, 44,000 SF of retail, and a 3-level garage with 294 parking spaces. The multi-family and hotel buildings are connected at the 7th floor with a steel bridge that supports 5 floors of the multi-family component. The project also includes over 26,000 SF of interior amenities and 48,000 SF of exterior amenities that will be shared between the multi-family and the hotel. The below-grade work was extremely complicated, which included the underpinning of an elevated WMATA track, a drilled secant pile wall, the underpinning of an adjacent 12-story office building, and augured-cast-pile foundation systems.
