Our 440 Penn project, which has presumed the identity as “The mO”, carried many complexities throughout its execution. The JMA team successfully mitigated many obstacles through an unprecedented global pandemic. The project was delivered ahead of schedule and under budget. Our project is an example of the character of the JMA team and the capabilities of the company.
